I would like some information on resetting CLP315 systems. My printer has factory-original toner and this firmware upgrade made my printer a piece of crap.

Carmelo42 - 1. Now you have an auto reset of the total page count, do you get a flashing error light on the front panel, which you can now ignore because the printer will work anyway - some people have found this occurs?

On my CLP 315 I removed the 12 or so pins in the door, it was easy to do, so WHEN I do the hack I do not need the tape to insulate them, mentioned in the third photo link.
